Brad began his career, in 1996, as a salesperson with industry giant, HA-LO Industries. At HA-LO, Brad developed key client and supplier relationships, which later helped him launch Tip-Top Branding in 2000. In business and in life, Brad is committed to KAIZEN, the Japanese philosophy of "continuous incremental improvement", and has built a team that understands and supports this. Brad grew up in Toledo, OH. He loves soccer, traveling, photography, and spending time with family and friends. He has a B.A. in Politics from Brandeis University. His charitable efforts include fundraising and participation in events for Brandeis and local charities such as Epilepsy Foundation of Chicago. Brad's greatest inspiration is his beautiful son, Isaac, born in 2003.
